Lost or Damaged Packages
If your item arrives damaged or your tracking shows it was lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date or the date it was expected to arrive.
We’ll do our best to resolve it. This may include a replacement or partial refund, depending on the situation.
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by postal carriers or customs, but we’ll always try to help if something goes wrong.
